Kara is a producer in McGriff, Siebels & William's Financial Services Division. She uses her almost 17 years of experience either as corporate defense counsel or in executive risk insurance to counsel clients on executive and corporate risk and brokers large management liability programs. Kara specializes in Director & Officer, Errors & Omissions, Cyber & Privacy Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Employed Lawyers Liability, and Reps & Warranties insurance for public companies, as well as private equity and large privately held companies.

KC Condit  - Chief Information Security Officer, G6 Hospitality (IT angle)

KC Condit has been an information security practitioner and IT leader for over 25 years.  His diverse resume includes companies in the financial services, retail, post-secondary education, and most recently, hospitality sectors.  KC is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for G6 Hospitality, LLC, and is responsible for information security, data privacy, IT risk management, and IT compliance for the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands in the U.S. and Canada and the Hotel 6 brand in India. 

Panel will be moderated by Sathishkumar Gopalaswamy, Cybersecurity consultant & co-founder of Orbzen, a Cybersecurity consulting firm.

Sathishkumar Gopalaswamy is a cybersecurity risk strategist and co-founder of Orbzen, which provides cybersecurity solutions and consulting. Orbzen protects organizations by identifying vulnerabilities, defending against current and future cyber-attacks, and educating employees on the importance of proper cyber hygiene and best practices.

Sathish has been invited to lead the cybersecurity curriculum development for TCU & UNTHSC School of Medicine in Dallas and will be teaching to MD students to instill cyber hygiene early. He is a featured speaker in different business forums on cybersecurity and advisory on proactive cybersecurity risk management.
