DESCRIPTION:Dear Members\, \n\n\n\nThe Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Texas hereby invites you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members. The meeting will be held virtually only on Monday March 23\, 2026 at 10 am. Attached is the agenda for the meeting. \n\n\n\nIn addition to the standard Annual Meeting topics\, we will present our intern program\, a redevelopment plan to attract more business as well as individual members\, and we will also talk about the SACC USA Summit that will be held in Austin this fall.\n\n\n\nTo facilitate that the meeting has quorum we have established a proxy which is attached and which you can use if you are unable to attend the meeting. We strongly recommend you execute and send in the proxy even if you plan to attend. \n\n\n\nIT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND THE EXECUTED AND DATED PROXY BY EMAIL TO THE EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS INVITATION\, OR MAIL TO THE ADRESS OF THE MEETING FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE SECRETARY.
