The meeting will be held\n\n			virtually only on Tuesday March 28\, 2023 at 12.00 pm. Attached is the agenda for the meeting.\n\n			 \n\n			To facilitate that the meeting has quorum\, we have established a proxy which is attached and which you can use if you are unable to attend the meeting.\n\n			We strongly recommend you execute and send in the proxy even if you plan to attend.\n\n			\n\n			IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND THE EXECUTED AND DATED PROXY BY EMAIL TO THE EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS INVITATION\, OR MAIL TO THE ADDRESS OF THE MEETING FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE SECRETARY.
