She will also discuss how they are managing the business through COVID-19 and how that has impacted the company.\n\n\n\nSara is Communications and Public Affairs Lead for Oatly US\, the original oatmilk company\; she lives and works in New York City.  With her rather amorphous title\, at Oatly\, Sara's work ranges from managing press relations to building relationships with new oat farmers in the Midwest to growing the oatmilk movement amongst policymakers on Capitol Hill\, and more recently\, to managing oatmilk food bank donations around the country.
