Dallas Wine Tasting and Dinner at Maguire's

Wine and Food Connoisseurs!

Join us for a gourmet 3-course Wine Tasting Dinner while learning about wine pairings and the wine industry in a private casual setting at Maguire’s in Dallas, Saturday March 19th at 7:00 pm.

Swedish born Sommelier and Glazer’s Central Region Fine Wine Trade Development Director Johan Lowegard will teach us about the fine arts of wine and food pairing

Menu:
 
Salad: Caesar salad or Maguire’s salad
Main course: Filet Mignon (6oz) with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, or Maple Ginger Salmon with stir-fried rice and broccoli, or Margherita Chicken with parmesan couscous and asparagus
Dessert: Classic crème brûlée or Chocolate Lava Cake

This is a limited seating event, so register as soon as possible but not later than March 15th. 
 
Total price per person due at registration including tax & gratuity is $99 for members and $110 for non-members.
 
About the Speaker:

Johan Lowegard, was born in Uppsala, Sweden in 1989 and immigrated with his parents to Texas in 1991. During his tenure at Southern Glazer’s he has earned his Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Certified Specialist of Sprits (CSS) and a Level 1 certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He is a twelve year industry veteran and is in his current role responsible for working with fifteen states and a network of suppliers to grow the fine wine business.
