 The Kelvin Arms was established in 2000 as Houston's only Scottish pub, known for the friendly environment as well as their respectable selection of draft beers and exquisite scotches. The pub feature 30 beers on tap, 25 beers in bottle, 30 single malt scotches, 15 American Whiskeys and a full bar.
