The Swedish election meant a shift in power where the Social Democrats and Magdalena Andersson were forced to give up the prime minister seat and let Ulf Kristersson (M) try to form a government. Why did the Social Democrats lose power? How will Sweden change with a new government, and how do we explain the tremendous success of the Sweden Democrats? Niklas has a long career in Swedish politics and business, including as Chairman of SSU (Swedish Social Democratic Youth League) and mayor of the city of Luleå for the Social Democrats. But he has also been Chairman of Business Sweden and worked with public affairs at Prime Weber Shandwick and his agency Aim Public Affairs.
