Sara Fahlgren is General Manager at the top-rated LA restaurant Cecconi's West Hollywood and has many years of experience in Hospitality Operations and Experiential Dining, including tine with the Soho House Group. Christian Laferlof is co-found and CEO of the Fast Fine Restaurant Group, which includes the new top LA restaurant V DTLA. He also found the popular restaurant chain Vapiano in Sweden and Norway.
