SACC TX-Dallas - Speaker Series: Oatly, A Swedish Success Story in the Making

Sara Fletcher, Communications & Public Affairs Lead for Oatly US, will talk about Oatly's journey and, in particular, its journey in the US. She will also discuss how they are managing the business through COVID-19 and how that has impacted the company.

Sara is Communications and Public Affairs Lead for Oatly US, the original oatmilk company; she lives and works in New York City.  With her rather amorphous title, at Oatly, Sara's work ranges from managing press relations to building relationships with new oat farmers in the Midwest to growing the oatmilk movement amongst policymakers on Capitol Hill, and more recently, to managing oatmilk food bank donations around the country. Prior to Oatly, Sara came from the worlds of journalism and advertising, having followed jobs around the country from Chicago to Portland to LA to New York.
